Reference #: 2409078 RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with formula reviews and approvals for compliance and associated data. Assist with customer requested information regarding Packaging products; including declarations of compliance and testing data. Assist with raw material reviews and updates. Administer invoicing and payments required for Regulatory activities. Apply department policies and procedures; applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensuring compliance with these areas. Assist with developing and implementing regulatory affairs policies and procedures. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries related to regulatory issues and develop/maintain positive relationships in the industry. Handle multiple projects of varying complexity and timelines. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum B.S. degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. Chemical industry experience is preferred. Experience in coatings or polymers chemistry is preferred. Understanding of food contact regulations, chemical control regulations, and an awareness of new and emerging initiatives in these areas is preferred. Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication and organization skills with a superior attention to detail.
