Reference #: 2782645 Description The START Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the specialized START program which includes Intellectual and Development Disabilities (IDD), Behavioral Health and Housing (BHH), and Autism initiatives. The START assistant is responsible for all office duties including participating in Fiscal and Admin duties as directed, maintain all START employee files, conduct regular audits for compliance, maintain all tracking systems and participate in employee acquisition and required documentation. Requirements A High School diploma with Five years\' office management experience (preferably in the healthcare field) OR An Associate Degree from an accredited college with a major in Office Administration, Business, Applied Studies, Liberal Arts, or other related field with three years\' related work experience (preferably in the healthcare field) OR A Bachelors\' Degree (preferred) with two years of experience in related work experience (preferably in the healthcare field). Valid driver\'s license. START Program Model Certification within one year of employment. Knowledge of medical record keeping and third-party reimbursement processes. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
