What you will be doing: Warmly greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of guest arrival. Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests. Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to the guest, suggestively selling hotel amenities and services.
