Summary The position is located in the Office of the Executive Director, Bureau of Global Public Affairs (GPA/EX), Department of State. GPA carries out the Secretary\'s mandate to articulate the foreign policy of the United States and to communicate with and engage the United States (U.S.) and global audiences. GPA/EX provides long term strategic, resource and evaluation planning capability to the Bureau. Responsibilities Develops and creates the strategic vision of evaluations of public affairs activities and efforts to ensure alignment with the Department\'s national security, public diplomacy, and foreign policy objectives Facilitates GPA’s strategic evaluation planning efforts to advise the Assistant Secretary, Bureau leadership, and colleagues on effective data gathering and analysis, tool and resource assessment, and planning and evaluation activities.
