Job Summary: The Shift Leader at Your Pie is a full-time hourly position in the franchise industry located in Grovetown, Georgia. This role is a crucial part of the management team and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: The Shift Leader at Your Pie - Pat Landon will receive a competitive hourly wage of $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to the hourly wage, the Shift Leader will also enjoy benefits such as paid time off and opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control. - Ensure all employees are providing excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. - Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. - Train and develop team members on company policies and procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance. - Handle guest complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly and with a satisfactory resolution. - Schedule and coordinate employee shifts and ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times. - Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members as needed. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and profitability. - Follow and enforce all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management. - Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. - Previous experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant is preferred.
