Reporting to the Independent Contract Program Manager, the primary focus of this role is to ensure the individuals served by contractors in home environments are compliant with state rules, regulations and Mosaic’s quality standards and requirements. Review and provide assistance as needed to develop and implement service plans while ensuring proper documentation SCHEDULE: Position #1 Days, salaried-full time, on call responsibilities to support contractor/dept needs with travel up to 1 -1 1/2 hours with vehicle or mileage reimbursement available within Alamakee county - Waukon, Decorah and Lansing areas. Position #2 Days, salaried-full time, on call responsibilities to support contractor/dept needs with travel up to 1 -1 1/2 hours with vehicle or mileage reimbursement available within Floyd, Butler and Franklin counties - Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Fort Dodge areas. What YOU’LL Need: Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, high energy and solution oriented mindset Excellent listening, attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills Two years of work experience preferably with people with intellectual disabilities A love of operations and creating seamless, efficient environments Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred What YOU\'LL Get: Daily Pay-NEW-manage finances with a convenient way to get paid for your work every day, financial flexibility and peace of mind.
