HORSE STABLE WORKERS, JOB DOES NOT START UNTIL 2/1/2025 APPLICANT SHOULD RECEIVE A COPY OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND JOB REFERRAL BEFORE CALLING EMPLOYER CONTACT. All workers should be physically able to meet and perform the work outlined in the contract for the entire period of time from 2/1/2025 to 11/30/2025. Performs any combination of following tasks to attend livestock such as cattle, sheep, swine, goats, and horses on farm or ranch. Mixes feed and additives, fills feed troughs with feed and waters livestock. Takes stock to pasture for grazing. Examines animals to detect diseases and injuries. Vaccinates animals by placing vaccine in drinking water or feed or using syringes and hypodermic needles. Applies medications to cuts and bruises, sprays with insecticide, and herds them into insecticide bath. Confines livestock in stalls; prepares them for birthing, and/or assists in delivery of offspring. May wash, brush, trim, and/or curry to improve appearance. May also exercise animals. Cleans livestock stalls and replace bedding; clean sheds or stalls using disinfectant solutions, brushes, and shovels. Grooms, clips, and trims animals for exhibition. May maintain ranch buildings and equipment. May plant, cultivate, and harvest feed grain or hay for stock. Unloads and stores feed and supplies as needed for stock. The confirmed wage offered is, $15.14 per hour. Wages are paid weekly. The employer guarantees to offer at least three fourths of the hours listed in the contract. Workers comp insurance will be provided. Employees must be able to work hours at a time in a standing, walking and stooping position. Employees must be able to frequently lift weights ranging from 20 to 75 pounds. The employer must provide free housing and three meals a day or furnish free convenient cooking facilities to all workers who are not reasonably able to return to their residence the same day. If the employer elects to provide meals, a maximum of $15.88 per day may be charged to the employee. The employer will provide the necessary tools, supplies and equipment at no cost to the worker. Experience: 3 months experience required working with foals, yearling preparation, and vaccinations.Employees are subject to random drug testing.

JOB PURPOSEThe Shipping/Receiving Clerk would be responsible for shipping and receiving goods for trucks.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReception of goods and verifying the quality and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; checks against suppliers’ count and immediately reports discrepancies to supervisor and purchasing officer per company policy.Verification and recording of all items loaded for shipments.Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records for requested categories including goods Shipped & Returned.Maintaining Netsuite Entry of shipment data to ensure that customer orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments as required.Notifying supervisor of major discrepancies, over-shipments, or substitutions.Prepares bills of lading tickets for shipments via UPS, FedEx, Uni-Shippers & various other trucking companies based on customer preferences. Transports materials on shipping area with a hand truck, Fork truck or other vehicle as needed.Loading trucks using a forklift.Performing other clerical duties.Performing daily WAVE Pick Tickets daily & confirm Item Fulfilments daily. QUALIFICATIONSAbility to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.Basic understanding of warehouse procedures & material handling.Good organizational skills and attention to detail a must.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Netsuite.Self-motivated to troubleshoot on their own when issues arise.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.State motor vehicle operator’s permit for operation of forklift. Certification will be required, can be done after job acceptance. WORKING CONDITIONSThe ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
