In this role, you will serve as a resource for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet total census, mix and revenue in nursing centers. Position HighlightsPartner with Regional Director of Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Regional Vice President, Population Health and others to identify total census and census mix barriers and develop strategies to eliminate or minimize them. Assess professional and community sales opportunities, identify and allocate area and nursing center resources, and manage team sales plans.Supervise nursing center Admissions Staff through a dotted line relationship to accomplish targeted Quality-Mix (QMix) and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals.
