First-level professional registered nurse, accountable for serving as a member of the medical treatment team. Accountable for reviewing medical records, observing the provision of medical care provided to patients by facility staff, coordinating assessments, incident reporting and investigation and discharge planning.
Third-level support care position accountable for taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities, observing and reporting patient conditions and behaviors, and participating in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers. Also will educate patient on care. Previous experience required.
