  • Summary About the Position: This position is a Mississippi Valley Division (MVD) Emergency Management (EM) Specialist with regional responsibility for the program planning, development and implementation of critical emergency management work/functions with the geographical areas of the six MVD Districts. Responsibilities Responsible for the program planning, development and implementation of critical emergency management work/functions with the geographical areas of the six MVD Districts Recommends and/or initiates activities to correct deficiencies or improve response procedures as a part of a Remedial Action Program. Develop technical and policy guidance needed to implement these initiatives at the national and/or regional levels.
