Perform other related duties as required Working Relationships This Job Reports To:ITS PMO Manager Education · Minimum: Bachelor’s degree · Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a concentration in project management along with knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and related work experience Experience · Minimum: o 3 years’ prior project management experience in an Information Technology setting. o A solid understanding of project management tools and techniques · Preferred: o Having worked in the healthcare industry o Epic experience o Having worked in a PMO Licensure, Certification, Registration · Minimum: Achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) certification prior to employment · Preferred: o Agile certification in DASM, CSM or other o Change Management certification Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements · Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. · Strong presentation skills. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Presents a positive attitude. · Customer service-oriented mindset. · Experienced and comfortable managing projects and building work relationships in a remote/hybrid work environment. · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities. · Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. · Proven ability to work successfully in a matrix team environment that presents significant changes and tight timeframes. · Demonstrated strong action orientation and a \"can do\" attitude; ability to make things happen. · Knowledge of project management principles and terms. · Knowledge of basic change management principles and terms. · Knowledge of information technology policies, procedures and best practices. · Requires standard computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Windows, Office, SharePoint, Zoom). · Conducts themselves according to Hartford Healthcare values: Caring, Excellence, Safety and Integrity.
