Maxim Healthcare is looking for a RN to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The RN demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Typical Shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, primarily on 1st and 3rd shifts (mornings and overnights) but mid shifts are available. Flexibility in scheduling - work as much or as little as you like! Prominent cases will include gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and/or mechanical ventilator.

From the date of entry into the AutoZone MIT program, it may be possible to progress to a management position within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the prior experience and performance of the MIT.
