PRIMARY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND SKILL SET:Each Project Management professional is responsible for FIVE distinct areas of performance and expertise. Identifying opportunities to advance the long-term value of our Client\'s investment by planning a course of action for our work that acknowledges a need for review, evaluation, and incorporation of change. Developing options and alternatives which reflect all of the above components within each effort. Client Focus The open and consistent display of honesty, integrity, and sensitivity that creates and nurtures a Client\'s perception of true added value. It is not agreement or consensus. Client Focus is concern and commitment. Honesty means telling what you know and admitting to what you don\'t. Integrity means that we will honor our commitments. As a Senior Finance Director, Integrated Supply Chain (IGS) at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. As both a hands-on leader and contributor to the team, you will be responsible for the financial leadership of the ISC team. Dedicated to building a strong MOS to meet reporting commitments, drive operational efficiency and productivity by analyzing key performance indicators, and represent finance interests in ISC transformation projects. Associate must have the ability to make precise adjustments, basic troubleshooting skills, and modify and or create programs based on equipment, product and customer needs. Additionally, these roles are the last quality checkpoint before the product reaches both the internal and external customer. The ability to understand and communicate information is essential.
