Responsible for overall ownership and management of all aspects of the dietary mission of the organization, to include management responsibility of all dietary related personnel; planning, purchasing, efficient utilization, and inventory of all food and snack related supplies; ensuring all personnel are properly trained and that the department stays in compliance with all related laws, policies, and procedures; while consistently providing residents with a high quality and nutritious diet.
