The Senior Customer Success Associate (Senior “CSA”) - Account Manager is a member of the Account Services Department within CT’s Business Licensing (“BL”) Team. Senior CSA is responsible for managing the relationship with the client by acting as their primary point of contact within the BL Team, while also overseeing and directing the fulfillment of any BL work ordered by those clients.
Responsibilities: The aim is to streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations. Understand multiple manufacturing processes and select appropriate instruments to monitor and control the necessary variables. Develop and design concepts. Choose and program a controller and ensure proper communication between actuators connected to the controller. Simulate, install, test, and manage electrical or mechanical automation. Analyze data on process parameters and product properties to detect process deviation and implement remediation in a timely manner. Monitor automation processes on an ongoing basis. Promote and work in a team-oriented environment. Assure a safety-first attitude, which includes all facility safety work instructions and maintenance, good housekeeping of areas where work is performed, and in all maintenance areas.

The Manager in Training (MIT) position is expected to be a short-term transitional role that provides both work assignments and training opportunities to prepare MITs to be promoted into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions.
