Qualifications/Background 10+ Years in facility operations with a background in hands on building maintenance. Experience in critical site operations - lab environments, cleanroom environments Bachelors degree in facility management , project/construction management, engineering, or related field a plus Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and develop high-performing teams. Strong understanding of maintenance and repair principles, methodologies, and best practices. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
