The International Autos Group is a family owned and operated group of dealerships serving customers in the Milwaukee, Sheboygan, Chicago, Northwest Indiana markets and Minnesota. The International Autos Group will do all they can to promote their employees\' growth in the company. SUMMARY: Cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles. Conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances. WE OFFER: Paid training Paid vacation Medical, dental, and vision 401K Closed Sundays DUTIES: Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs. Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface. Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris. Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices. Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and/or various cleaning agents. Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation. Restores appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces. Uses touch-up paint, dyes, and other appropriate materials. Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection. Fills vehicle with fuel. Applies dressing on tires and tire wells. Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle\'s window. Keeps work area neat and clean. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Ensure \"Fox\" emblem is on every vehicle and properly installed. Advise immediate supervisor if leaving lot for any reason. This is career-building opportunity is located in the West Allis, Wisconsin region and offered on a short-term contract / temporary basis. Responsibilities held by the Staff Accountant include the preparation of monthly and year-end closings, journal entries, fixed asset maintenance, bank reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation. A great deal of time in this position will be spent producing Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets. And during the monthly close, your responsibilities will also cover various aspects of internal reporting. You\'ll also review schedules for the reporting processes, stay in touch with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and play an active role in compliance.
