1.Promptly enter all orders and log all faxes received. 2.Distribute medical records request to appropriate Medical Records Department and distribute other requests and faxes intended for a particular recipient to appropriate department or person. 3.Responsible for accurate order, ordering physician, special notes written on order or in office notes, current, and complete data input of patient demographic and billing information into the RIS. 4.Responsible to notify schedulers of STAT orders 5.Maintain appropriate clinical knowledge about exams and procedures to ensure that scheduling and other job functions are handled appropriately. 6.Perform other general office tasks such as light typing, data entry, maintenance of office supplies and equipment, and any other task that may arise. 7.Make suggestions to Team Lead regarding processes, in order to find increasingly efficient ways to perform tasks and works with management to improve areas as needed. 8.Keep laundry emptied in exam rooms, bathrooms stocked, sanitized, and cleaned. Including toilet, sink, floor, and mirror. Keep breakroom counters, table, and refrigerator clean. Take trash out regularly, this includes the large trashcan outside.

Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles/registrations. Reports all vehicle sales and purchases to accounting. Maintain records of all vehicle manufacturer warranties and vehicle service vendor warranties. Maintain all vehicle and property insurance claims from submission to close. Utilize the vehicle GPS cameras or site security cameras to pull accident footage for submission to the insurance company and/or legal team as needed. Coordinate with assigned drivers, management, and repair vendors for timely completion of vehicle/property damage claims. Maintain Fleet Shop inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipates needed supplies, places, and expedites purchase requisitions for parts/supplies. Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all completed and pending projects. Compile information and reports for department managers & executives as needed. Field phone calls and emails from employees and vendors in relation to Fleet activities. Coordinate and work with third party vendors and client resources for accurate and timely execution of projects.
