This position is located at the Joint Interagency Task Force South, Innovation & Technology Directorate, U.S. Southern Command, Key West, FL, J7. Responsibilities Prepare implementation plans to be used for development of software applications, and the integration into existing computing environments. Incorporates Standard Query Language (SQL) database technologies to ensure appropriate collection and storage of data utilized for application development. Develop web and database systems for acquisition, storage and effective retrieval of structured and/or unstructured data. Develops and provides training to users of software. Refers engineering problems to appropriate staff for resolution. Provide technical assistance and support to customers and stakeholders, including troubleshooting software issues, responding to technical inquiries, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
