The Director of Vendor and Operations Management is a role on the Global Real Estate and Workplace team and will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations, North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee diverse and dynamic vendors within North America and within the global headquarters (the AOC). The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and vendor management skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the operations. Additionally, the candidate must have strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting to effectively manage vendor contracts and operational costs. Further the candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the on-site food and beverage vendors as well as the daily operations of retail dining venues. This role ensures vendors maintain a safe workplace with a high level of quality, service delivery and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction and project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
