About the Position: Position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity and serves as Motor Vehicle Operator. Responsibilities Operating single and combination vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 32,000 pounds or more. Position may be assigned to various work areas as determined by such factors as area workload, overtime, emergencies, and customer requests. Operates snowplows to assist in snow removal operations, as well as operations of construction equipment to load salt/sand, as needed. Uses load-securing devices and tarps to prevent damage or loss of cargo. Cleans vehicles, waiting areas, and work areas as needed. I have the ability to operate forklift trucks capable of lifting loads weighing up to 10,000 pounds or more, and/or operate motor vehicles weighing up to 26,000 pounds or more (such as shop tractors, loaders, and/or platform trucks). I also have the ability to perform operational maintenance checks to verify vehicles are in proper working order. -Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
