EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school degree or equivalent. Developmental Disabilities Orientation Training and Group Home/TLC/AC Orientation must be completed before first shift. Must complete training in DDCPT or equivalent within two years of hire. Must have a valid Montana Driver\'s license. Must obtain Medication Delivery Certification within 30 days of hire. Must be capable of lifting/moving a person utilizing the two-man Mandt lift. WORK SUMMARY: Monitor and assist developmentally disabled individuals with daily life skills (housekeeping, chores, laundry, personal hygiene and meal prep). Escort individuals to activities and assist in socialization skills. Prepare meals and maintain a clean and healthy environment in the home/facility. Implement, run and document programs and objectives as assigned. Run maintenance on completed programs. Must be able to pass a notarized background check for this position.
