Mission Lawn and Landscape, a locally owned, fast-growing landscape and lawn maintenance company, is seeking On Call Part Time Snow Shovel Crew Members. Job Description -Must be able to follow instructions and committed to quality work. -Must possess the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. -Must have reliable transportation and plan to arrive at work on time in order to travel to work site with team. Drivers license required to operate company vehicles. Duties for snow removal include shoveling snow from sidewalks, operating a stand on mower with snow plow and spreading ice melt. We start snow removal for snow events at 3:00 am (depending on the storm). If we are finished with snow removal before 5 hours you will be paid for a minimum of 5 hours of work. This position requires being on call 7 days a week. We communicate with the crews regarding weather so you can be prepared. This position can lead to a Full Time Position during landscaping season.

Possess a high level of understanding of local areas of interest to better respond to customer inquiries. Duties include setting tables, taking guest orders, serving food and drinks, answering inquiries about the menu, being pleasant to customers and coworkers. While at work all Dining Attendants must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. Individuals should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively maintain self-composure, be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. At all times, the individual should take pride in personal hygiene, appearance, and shine in levels of guest service. This position is a two-year grant funded position. The Tribal Resiliency Specialist position is a cultural, professional, technical, and skilled position with primary responsibility to provide in the assistance in the implementation of CSKT Project AWARE Program in accordance with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration grant with the Polson School District. Incumbent will be responsible for grant data collection and recording, classroom support, and summer programming. Incumbent will support parent/guardian, family and community involvement.
