  • Monitor Feasibility of EWL purchased materials daily based on entered Sales Orders to schedule and meet requirements for delivery dates of internal and external customers. Strengthen communication and relationships between the Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and other key stakeholders. Manage and maintain an optimum Planning Board to maximize productivity and deadlines. Continuously evaluate service failures, equipment selection opportunities and cost savings opportunities through use of performance driven metrics and root cause analysis and drive improvement initiatives. Provide daily, weekly and monthly KPI & OTIF reporting and commentary Support and/or drive key initiatives to improve Operations and Customer experience as required Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure optimal team member interactions thus driving team performance
