Overview of Position : The Lead Lift Operator is responsible for the overall operation and crew of 1 or more lifts in a supervisory role. A Lead Operator understands all of the roles and positions involved in running lifts including operation, loading, crowd control and maintenance, and delegates tasks to operators. This is a key position in assuring the safe operations of all lifts while maintaining a high level of guest service.
