Executive Assistant - 000FAD Description Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership’s assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. The Executive Assistant will provide general administrative support to the SVP, Human Resources, Human Resources senior management and other staff, as requested. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Generate, maintain and distribute routine reports as directed. + Assist in the preparation, prooing, editing and distribution of corporate communications. + Assist in the preparation of prooing and editing of documents, presentations, and other departmental correspondence. + Monitor executive’s calendar and commitments. + Maintain phone messages, facilitate conference calls, disseminate general information, and provide assistance to callers and employees with questions. + Coordinate meetings and ensure conference rooms are prepared in advance of meetings. + Manage the offsite storage of departmental files. + Prepare expense reports as requested. + Submit invoices for payment. + Coordinate travel arrangements as needed. + Prepare and submit transactions to the Company’s HR system (Oracle) + Serve as primary administrative support for HR department + Provide back up for reception desk on an as-needed basis. + Special projects as assigned.
