FORTY TWO (42) POSITIONS OPEN: March 1, 2025 thru, November 30, 2025. Must provide own transportation to Huskie\'z Shop and some work sites in Salt Lake County. 18 years of age minimum (3)Duties include: Planting trees, digging trenches no more than 3\" wide and 12\" depth, grading topsoil, laying sod, piping sprinklers, mowing grass, lift 40 lbs. (7)Two months experience required, no education needed, 35-40 hours per week minimum with overtime Monday thru Friday - 7 am to 4 pm. (4)Work areas include: Salt Lake County (5) Wage: $20.26 per hour with (6) $30.39 after overtime 40+ per week per PWD. (7)two months on the job training (8)Employer will use a single work week for its standard for computing wages due. (9)Pay period is weekly on Friday afternoons. (10)Option of board/lodging and other facilities are offered for this position as an option and can be deducted weekly off paycheck for $70.00 per week. (11)Employer will deduct all applicable Utah State and Federal Taxes required by law from each pay check. (12) Workers will be provided with or reimbursed for transportation and subsistence of $15.88 per day to maximum $59.00 per day with receipts from the place from to which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order. (13)Huskie\'z will provide or pay for the worker\'s cost of return if the worker completes less than 50% of the certified period for employment or is dismissed from the employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period. (14)Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite during work hours. (15)Huskie\'z will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker with receipts. (16)Huskie\'z landscaping will provide without charge all tools, supplies and equipment to perform the duties assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Complete customer service for product information and ordering via e-mail, phone and in person. Accurately enter data and purchase orders into the system for processing. Assist with dealer and customer communications regarding order and shipping status. Review received orders for fraud prevention. Complete billing and send invoices for orders. Process returns and exchanges. File billing and order paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Excellent customer service and follow up skills. Able to function on an independent basis and as part of a cohesive team. Ability to prioritize work load in a timely and professional manner. High School Diploma/GED Preferred. 2+ years of customer service and/or reception experience. Physical Requirements: Able to sit for long periods of time and view a computer screen for a majority of shift. Requires occasional walking, standing and lifting up to 30 lbs. Use of PPE as needed when required for warehouse communication and order retrieval.
