Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Collections Specialist, you will be involved in managing business-to-business accounts receivable with a high volume of vendors. Your primary focus will be to handle overdue accounts, prepare aging reports, and utilize NetSuite for customer accounts management in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Hourly Wage: $18 - $27 per/hour
Job Description: Develops, implements and maintains company compensation policies and programs. This role will partner with the business to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. This role will engage in work such as job descriptions reviews, conducting job analysis, pricing roles and advising HRBPs and business leaders on best practices for offers and promotions/job changes. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to compensation programs and processes for all international locations. This role maintains a working knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies. This role may partner with other compensation team members to analyze, design and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, bonus plans, and stock plans.

The candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and validating data migration, ensuring data integrity is accurate. The candidate will develop and execute data migration strategies, including data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data quality; the candidate will create complex SQL scripts and stored procedures for ETL process. The candidate will work with Application Development SME\'s to ensure data is mapped properly and ensure the ETL process is optimized. The candidate will maintain documentation and status on a SharePoint site.
