The Stategist will work with client groups across the organization to help incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice into their individual, team, and BU plans and operations. The Strategist consults as a DEI generalist, helping teams connect with additional relevant colleagues to support tailored needs. They will work on matters where analysis of situations or data may lead to recommendations that require introducing new or modified strategies, knowledge/skills, staff, structure, and/or the application of organizational development and change management techniques. The Strategist will assist in the development of and support for short-term tactical solutions while helping to develop long-term improvement strategies.
