[Physical Therapist needed with a Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy and two (2) years experience as Physical Therapist performing following job duties: [Demonstrate clinical reasoning in assessing, evaluating, identifying diagnosis and treating patients with physical impairments, musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Review and interpret physicians referrals and patients medical records to formulate accurate diagnosis and treatment courses. Employ evidence-based principles of physical therapy to plan treatments. Develop a comprehensive plan of care tailored and designed to meet individual patients needs. Administer appropriate therapeutic procedures and interventions including soft tissue mobilizations, manual exercises and assist patients in managing pain in support of patients referral. Document and record treatment protocols, patients progress and alter plan of care and conduct discharges when appropriate. Educate, instruct, motivate and assist patients in the facility with respect to individual patients problems. Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to promote patients optimal health and overall productivity of the team. [Must have MD State Physical Therapist License.
