The CNC Programmer is responsible for working from blueprints to create, maintain, and troubleshoot machining programs for the CNC machining center. This role must be familiar with standard machining concepts, practices, and procedures and expertise in machining knowledge, shop trigonometry skills, and reading blueprints.
The ER&R Support Center Analyst will need to process requests from stakeholders, determine the needed information, and articulate a response through both phone and email communications. Support Analysts will respond to inbound calls and emails and complete outreach as necessary. The Support Analyst must maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism in all communications with internal team members and issuers. Organization and prioritization skills are extremely important in this position. The Support Analyst must be able to identify situations that require escalation. Most of a Support Analyst’s work consists of customer service, email communication, phone communication, and working within spreadsheets and a CRM application.

Summary The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Strategic Outreach division of the Naval Academy Office of Admissions. Primary duties will focus on management of the USNA\'s Office of Admissions Summer Programs scholarship process and travel coordination for scholarship recipients, with additional assigned duties related to our academic year programs. Responsibilities - Administer a need-based scholarship program, to include management of the application and screening process. - Coordinate travel with the contracted agency and manage the scholarship portion of the budget. - Coordinate with the STEM Coordinator to provide data for updated reports for sponsorship through the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation and Alumni Association. - Assist in travel arrangements for Officer supporting partner camps. - Support scheduling of AY STEM events to include STEM on Deck and STEM Underway programs. - Provide Customer service support with the program prospects and/or their parents via phone and email. - Incumbent will be responsible for providing general support to the Admissions Staff, Plans and Programs Coordinator, STEM Coordinator, and Director of Strategic Outreach. - Performs other related duties as assigned to support STEM Underway and STEM on Deck outreach programs. Summary This position is located at the ARS, Headquarters, Office of the Associate Administrator, National Programs (ONP) in Beltsville, MD. In this position, you will serve as the Supervisor for the Executive Correspondence group and will provide direction and leadership for the Agency\'s controlled correspondence system, serve as a focal point within ARS for preparation of briefing papers and correspondence, and oversee the administration and maintenance of the Administrator\'s files and records.
