Mission Lawn and Landscape, a locally owned, fast-growing landscape and lawn maintenance company, is seeking a Full Time Mowing Crew Lead. Must be 21 years or older with valid drivers license. Lead will operate mow truck to transport mow crew and equipment. They will operate mowing and trimming equipment, routinely fuel equipment and provide equipment maintenance. The lead is responsible for assuring the lawn care schedule is completed in a timely manner, with quality work done. They must take responsibility for their crew assuring the crew members are doing quality work, working safely, and are taking care of the mowing equipment. They must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to follow instructions. Must be detail oriented. Must possess the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently bend and kneel. Professional lawn experience is desired but will train the right candidate. Duties include operating mowing and trimming equipment, conducting routine fueling and equipment maintenance. We provide snow removal services in the winter.
