The position will involve following the established repair order process, keeping customers informed and updated on the repair status of their units, accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order and verify quality control. Experience in agriculture and equipment is desired.
C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations, has an opening for a Field Service Technician. A Field Service Tech at C & B Equipment will be responsible for performing repairs to equipment at customer and company locations and installing new equipment and component parts and perform standard work assignments, with minimal to no direct supervision, in accordance with customer and company needs.
