Reporting to the Real Estate Broker, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Real Estate team with the primary focus on day-to-day operational support and customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative support for all functions of the CENTURY 21 Real Estate Team. Maintains department calendar updating necessary parties of important upcoming deadlines, i.e., meetings, license renewals, listing expirations, etc. Performs mail mergers and prepares printings and mailings as necessary. Creates and maintains spreadsheets. Maintenance and setup of all files ensuring compliance and accuracy, Handle correspondence, telephone, contacts, and incoming mail, including handling all confidential materials in a professional and expedient manner. Forward all necessary phone calls and emails to the appropriate parties. Collaborate with the Broker and agents to produce advertising materials. Order and organize all necessary office supplies. Scan necessary documents and maintain Dropbox files. Update social media posts. Enter new listings into the MLS and DASH. Assist with planning office holiday parties and events. Provide administrative support for other businesses owned by the Broker. Performs other assigned duties not specifically identified above, but which require the same degree of skill, and which are normally included within the above job title. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Proficiency with Google Docs and Calendar required. Data entry skills required. Must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Proficient in updating social media and internet research. Excellent organizational skills required.

Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with heating and cooling systems. Assemble and install ductwork, piping, and other necessary components. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layout and installation requirements. Execute pipe threading tasks as needed for various installations. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and plumbers to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems or related fields. Familiarity with construction plumbing practices is a plus. Experience as a maintenance person or in similar roles is desirable. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for effective installation and repairs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high standards of work quality. A valid driver\'s license may be required for travel between job sites.
