Overview
Performs regular maintenance for the bank and corporate properties. Major emphasis is on the timely response of day-to-day problems in order to minimize damage, ensure adequate service, and maintain facility standards. Completes and documents daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Takes ownership of the condition of the facilities and proactively takes action to remedy issues. Contacts vendors as needed to ensure performance standards are maintained (includes landscaping, cleaning, etc.).
Looking for Part Time employment? A local well known veterans organization in DuBois is seeking a Part Time bartender, should be able to function as a bartender with no assistance, but willing to train the right applicant, applicant should have basic customer service skills. A basic understanding of the Small Games of Chance procedures is a plus, but will train. The right applicant may be offered the opportunity for additional hours by providing services in a large dining room supplemental bar. Applicant must be at least 21 years old, must be a professional at all times, be neat and clean in appearance. Wage will be determined by experience at the interview.
