To work with the PA CareerLink® centers located in Fayette and Westmoreland counties with the implementation of their outreach plan by developing, creating and participating in activities that will increase the communities\' awareness of their services. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Experience: Prior experience with workforce development, non-profit outreach, community mobilization and community organizing.
