Summary The primary purpose of the position is to conduct maintenance, repair and restoration programs consisting of the following activities: periodic visual and operational inspections of buildings to determine repairs and/or service required. Inspections include but are not limited to masonry buildings and structures both, contemporary and historic. Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance, repair, alteration and construction of exterior and interior surfaces and structures built of brick, stone and block. Repairs and maintains historic masonry on buildings, parapets, and boundary fences, chimneys, fireplaces, manholes, and boilers. Must be able to match existing historic surfaces.
