The Warehouse Utility associate oversees and organizes warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring product rotation, condition, inventory, security, and placement are efficiently maintained; and covering open sales routes and delivering product as needed. Key Responsibilities Ensures that warehouse is opened and closed at scheduled times. Checks product that Independent Operators and Distributors pick and load, signing load tickets to verify correct inventory. Assists with training new warehouse team members. Orders inventory. Receives, stores, loads, and ensures all products and materials are accounted for and kept in excellent condition. Unloads trailers that arrive at the center and checks trailer loads for accuracy. Maintains an accurate daily inventory balances. Uses a hand-held computer to balance the daily inventory (warehouse inventory, daily orders, extra orders, return to stock, trailer loads). Accepts and checks return to stock product and stale and damaged products. Places returned cardboard and stale and damaged product on trailers.
