Prioritizing Rental orders, then accurately scan all rental equipment and cable into SAP/Bizrent rental order Package equipment for safe transport to ensure no damages during freight Create bills of lading and equipment packing lists and manage their implementation for each order Load equipment to transport vehicles / trailers for each project and undertake the associated documentation process associated Update calendars, rental orders and communicate as required to report equipment shipped / received to PM team per business best practices in place Receive all incoming Parts, materials and consumables. Allocate parts to relevant projects and Distribute to appropriate departments and personnel. Complete documentation process as required.
