Senior Technical Project Manager (Elemica, Inc. / Wayne, PA) Oversee and facilitate API integration projects, ensuring seamless communication between systems; collaborate with software development teams to align project objectives with technical requirements; manage database-related aspects of projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient performance; collaborate with database administrators and developers to implement effective database solutions; oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring effective coordination and integration; manage project resources, monitor status, and ensure milestones are met; identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to technical components; escalate technical risks through proper channels for efficient resolution; develop and execute project plans with a focus on technical aspects; create, manage, and maintain technical project documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications; collaborate with Leadership and Product Management to understand technical requirements and project stakeholders; identify opportunities to enhance technical stakeholder satisfaction; build and lead effective project teams with a strong focus on technical collaboration; motivate teams, fostering a collaborative mindset and continuous improvement in technical processes; deliver timely technical project reports and performance dashboards; establish and facilitate regular technical project leadership and team meetings, including Agile ceremonies.
