Your role will involve ensuring compliance with local, governmental, and industrial regulations in all small business and supplier diversity program processes and operations. Additionally, you will support monitoring, reporting, and evaluating the effectiveness of small business and supplier diversity program implementations. You will also support the execution and implementation of strategies for small business and supplier diversity initiatives, addressing market trends and positively supporting firm-wide growth objectives.

The Test Development Manager (TDM) provides broad-based K-12 assessment solutions and is knowledgeable of scholarly aspects of assessment measurement and systems. This team member is an expert in the item/stimulus and test development process for paper and online modalities. The TDM is fluent in assessment literacy and able to discuss, design, and inform assessment solutions. The most successful Test Development Managers have classroom experience and understand how student performance foundations and trends are reflected in assessment design. End-to-end client support will be provided through excellent collaboration with other teams. The Test Development Manager is required to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluating criteria for obtaining results and should be instrumental in the development and implementation of assessment solutions.
