Winland Foods is a global manufacturer of private label and branded foods for retail and co-pack customers. As a member of the Customer Data Management Team (CDMT), upon thorough training, you will respond to requests for product-information obtained from internal systems or colleagues. CDMT is customer-service oriented, mostly internal. You may also work in customer databases (DBs) editing similar information. You may also work in internal systems (PDM) and complete work-flow tasks. You will collaborate with other departments as directed including meetings (Teams audio/video), email and chat. Winland operations and product knowledge is mostly US and Canada-based.
