The Plant Management Site Support Services/Distribs (S3D) Electrical Utility Support Group (EUSG) operates within the Facility Management organization of WTCC and is responsible for configuration and change management of power to support both ongoing construction, commissioning, and start-up testing as well as the daily operation of administrative and temporary buildings.
