Machinist Uses established processes to set up, program, and operate various types of industrial grade machines to form, cut, bend, size, and/or machine aerospace quality components from Nickel, Stainless, and Titanium alloys. Functions and Responsibilities Perform complex machining operations in support of job shop machining Operates multiple types of machine tools and performs progressive machining operations to completion, creating tooling components and assemblies with close tolerances or high finish requirements. Fits and assembles where necessary, using machinists\'\' hand tools and measuring instruments. Has familiarity with the working properties of various materials. May program CNC machines in the course of making parts. Detect faulty processes and provide input for their resolution. Follow verbal and written instructions, sketches, schedules, drawings and documents. Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures. Responsible for ensuring proper documentation is entered on manufacturing planning (including correct quantities) and paperless timecard system. May be asked to demonstrate basic operations to others with supervisor approval. Work under limited oversight. Qualifications Reads and understands manufacturing planning, sketches, blueprints, and specifications as necessary to perform the job function. Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and symbols. Knows where to find this information at Exotic and asks for help when necessary. Understand proper setup and use of tooling associated with machines. Requires familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments and good manual dexterity. Required to perform shop mathematics associated with machining. May have a demonstrated expertise on multiple machine types or work on one single purpose machine which may involve multiple machining processes. We are looking for merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing their organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations product, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more. Pay: The starting pay is $20.30 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (the listed rates are subject to change based on work location). After 6 months of employment the pay rate will increase to $21.40. After 1 year of continued employment the pay rate will increase to $22.50. We offer flexible work scheduling. We provide paid training. Route & Schedule: This route will service the following retail locations at: Target, 301 Strander Blvd, Tukwila, WA, 98188. The weekly average hours are 6 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 11 hours per week around holidays. Additional support may be needed in the territory with required availability multiple days in succession and increased hours per day if applicable to business and project-based assignments. Primary Responsibilities: Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining an organized backroom areas, and other inventory tasks as needed. Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules. Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management skills and organizational skills. Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours. Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays. Provide occasional assistance with store resets which may include minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
