Working with your manager and other engineers, the Co-Op will research, develop, test and recommend various packaging design proposals for implementation at Hershey Salty Snacks manufacturing locations. Working closely with business partners, the Engineer will create innovative solutions and support new product innovation. The position will also lead cost savings initiatives by working collaboratively with Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality and Equipment Engineering. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Pursuing BS in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related science field. Must be comfortable with limited direction.
