Description We are accepting applications for the role of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role is based in Alexandria, Virginia, and is within the CPA Firm industry. In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring company accounts, maintaining customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Summary This position is in the Strategic Planning and Knowledge Management Division, Office of Performance, Planning, and Financial Management, DCTA. The incumbent serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for contracts within the Trademark Office, and has responsibilities for planning, directing, analyzing, and implementing a variety of operational, technical, and administrative processes, including procedures, policies, and programs in support of contracting activities. Responsibilities The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. This position is telework eligible per agency and business unit discretion/policy. Major Duties for this position include: You enjoy managing all aspects of contracts within the Trademark Office in order to ensure government contract compliance. You have a passion for developing and implements new and revised policies, processes, and procedures relative to daily contract support services. You are committed to monitoring and administrating financial oversight of existing contracts, including proper authorization and expenditure of capital funds. You have a desire to serve as a Special Projects Officer who conducts research, review and analysis on a variety of Trademark management programs.
