  • Summary About the Position: Serve as a Human Resources Specialist providing multi-functional human resource services in the Management Support Division, Army Review Boards Agency (ARBA), a Field Operating Agency (FOA) of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASA (M&RA)). Responsible for delivery of full-service civilian and military human resources programs to include performance management, performance awards, and time and attendance.
