Summary Serves as Director of the Business Operations Center within the Defense Commissary Agency Information Technology Directorate (DECAIT). The mission of the IT Business Operations Center is to provide executive-level administrative oversight, management, and planning support to the IT Group; oversees IT Resource Management, IT Performance Management functions, Information Management, Information Collections, IT Vendor Management, and all other administrative program/functions of the DeCA IT Group. Responsibilities Development and assignment of goals, objectives and policies for subordinate supervisors and organizations. Manage overall IT employee performance management to include DPMAP; prepares, advises, and process IT Awards, recognition, and hiring incentives.
