[General Statement of Duties: The Real Estate Loan Processor is responsible for creating the proper loan documentation for loan packages created within The Maries County Bank. This position reviews, analyzes and creates loan packages to ensure that acceptable credit standards are maintained and that loans conform to established company policies, guidelines, and regulations. This position provides specialized and technical administrative support to The Maries County Bank Loan Officers. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize the diversified workload. Upholding customer confidentiality is a must. This position will assist in other areas of the loan department on an as needed basis.
