The Solution Architect is expected to work closely with project teams and Enterprise Architects to ensure that the overall Information Technology (IT) architecture is maintained, and that seamless operational hand-off is achieved. The primary role of the Solution Architect is to ensure that the respective application, data and technology function within acceptable parameters in support of business functions. The Solution Architect will provide technical leadership and consultation across the organization in assigned area(s).
At Houston Methodist, the Foundation Clerical Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the department while executing daily operations efficiently and accurately and performing duties in support of other office staff. In addition to providing oversight of department resources to align with budgetary goals and objectives, this position is responsible for coordinating projects and work as assigned, which may include scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating department activities, and preparing presentations as needed. Additional duties for the Clerical Coordinator position may require considerable experience, skill and knowledge of organization\'s policies and practices, operating a personal computer and utilizing software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases. The Clerical Coordinator position requires the ability to coordinate and complete projects with minimal supervision and must be capable of working independently or as part of a team.
At Houston Methodist, the Director Governmental Reporting is responsible for ensuring that Houston Methodist meets all internal and external financial and governmental reporting requirements. Requirements include Medicare cost reports, Federal Tax Returns Health and Human Services (HHS)/Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reporting, Federal and State Charity Reporting, Federal tax reporting including income tax and payroll reporting and filings, and state 1115 waiver reporting. This position directs monthly net revenue and accounts receivable valuation and is also responsible for governmental policy review and research.
At Houston Methodist, the Nurse Practitioner PRN position is responsible for functioning as a licensed registered nurse and care provider to provide all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment and consultation while maintaining and promoting the health of the patient. This position may work in both inpatient and outpatient situations and performs according to the nurse practice act of the State of Texas and as part of a treatment team. The NP position role models compassionate communication with patients, physicians and the interprofessional health care team and provides education to patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments. This position may also conduct physicals, order tests, and serve as a patient\'s healthcare provider, prescribing medications as appropriate. The NP position affects direct patient care according to the Houston Methodist Professional Practice Model Nursing Practice and Professional Performance policies and procedures.
At Houston Methodist, the Development Officer position is responsible for managing a portfolio of donors, with the primary focus on building the major gifts pipeline through qualification, cultivation and solicitation. The Development Officer position works with assigned medical service lines to advance their strategies and initiatives through philanthropic support. This position collaborates with Foundation colleagues and Houston Methodist leaders to elevate philanthropy by qualifying prospective donors and moving them to a major gift solicitation. The Development Officer is accountable to specific annual metrics focused on qualification, cultivation and solicitation of current and prospective donors.
At Houston Methodist, the Patient Services Representative is responsible for performing patient check in/check out functions and appointment scheduling to facilitate the patient visit experience. This position supports timely, accurate claims submission and may perform registration and/or other revenue cycle functions. Other duties include providing general operations assistance and/or patient service tasks specific to the scope of the department.
At Houston Methodist, the Sr. Director of Development for Corporate and Foundation Relations position is responsible for building a dedicated corporate and foundation relations team and directing the fundraising efforts for corporate and foundation philanthropic donors within the Houston Methodist System. The Sr. Director qualifies donor prospects and cultivates relationships with them or writes grant requests to philanthropically support the mission of Houston Methodist. The Sr. Director is also responsible for cultivating relationships with volunteer leaders, physicians, and key hospital leaders to support all Foundation capital and comprehensive campaigns.

This position works independently, exercising sound judgement, and reports observations and patient problems to the licensed nurse or surgeon. Other duties for the Sr Surgical Technologist position will include general patient care and department upkeep as delegated by licensed personnel.
At Houston Methodist, the Foundation Sr Program Manager for Moves Management position is responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive donor moves management program, including setting the strategic direction for this complex and large program, and is accountable for performance against strategy/goals.
At Houston Methodist, the Development Director for Major Gifts position is responsible for managing a portfolio of donors, with the primary focus on qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors. The Director position also serves as a Foundation liaison and drives fundraising activity in assigned medical service lines to advance their strategies and initiatives through philanthropic support. This position collaborates with Foundation colleagues and Houston Methodist leaders to elevate the institution by securing philanthropic gifts to support key initiatives and programs. The Director is accountable to specific annual metrics focused on qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors.
